This policy explains what information Possibl Studio ("we," "I," "us") collects through possiblstudio.com, and what we do with it. Plain language, no games.
We only collect what you hand us. Depending on what you're asking for:

That's it. We don't collect data "just in case," and we don't build profiles for marketing.
When you upload a photo or send us brand material, we use it solely to produce the work you ordered, and we may keep a copy as part of your project record. We won't license it, sell it, or use it in unrelated marketing without asking you first.
We may show finished work we created for you in our portfolio. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we won't.
We use a small number of providers to run the business. They only receive what they need:
We do not sell your personal information. We don't share it with anyone else except as listed above, or if we're legally required to.
This is worth separating out, because two different privacy relationships exist:

If we built something that collects data from your own customers, that data belongs to you, not us. You decide what gets collected and why. That makes you responsible for your own privacy policy, consents, and compliance for your business.
We handle that data only to build, host, and support your project, on your instructions. We don't use your customers' data for our own purposes, and we don't sell it. If you end our services, we'll hand it over and remove what we're not required to keep.
We keep project records as long as needed to deliver and support the work, and to meet basic accounting obligations. Ask us to remove your data sooner and we'll delete what we're not required to keep.

We use only what's necessary to make the site work and stay secure. We don't set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
We use reputable providers and standard protections. That said, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here.
